Ordering Information

Call 012.703.1073 or  email: thegoodteaorder@gmail.com and give us the order code, quantity, delivery address, invoice address (if different from the delivery address) and how you wish to make payment. We will then call you or email you to confirm the order and give you a reference number.

Delivery charges:

West Malaysia: All our deliveries are by PosLaju. Hamper prices include delivery charges. Individual tea orders in packed and canned form have free delivery charges.

Payment:
  1. At this time we accept only cash or cheques payable directly to our account. Credit card payments will be introduced in due time. 
  2. Make all cheques/cash payables to Georgia Gateway Sdn. Bhd. Bank the cash or cheque payable to Georgia Gateway Sdn. Bhd. at HSBC Account Number: 211-090741-101. 
  3. After making the payment, email us at goodteacompanypayment@gmail.com or sms us at 012.703.1073 with your reference number and date the payment was made. Your order will be processed and delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date of payment clearance for Klang Valley, and 10 to 15 days for other parts of Malaysia.
